There are two steps to get Archy's engineering team access to your servers to start the data conversion process. If you have an IT company manage your servers, you can also forward these instructions to your IT team to have them complete this step.
Step 1: Install Anydesk on your server
For your data conversion to Archy, we use AnyDesk to access your servers to extract your data and do a trial run of converting the data into Archy. For each office, you'll need to install Anydesk on your server computer and then provide us with the Anydesk ID.
Here is the link to install AnyDesk.
Once you have installed Anydesk, please follow these steps:
-
Install Remote Client
- Once the download process finishes, install the client application.
- Client Run to finish the installation process.
-
Run Remote Client
- After installation is completed, open the application.
- Click the Install AnyDesk on this device... and follow the instructions.
- Uncheck Install AnyDesk Printer and press Accept & Install.
- Provide Archy the Anydesk ID
- Press the Copy button to copy the ID and submit the ID to Archy via this form. You can now minimize the application and let it run in the background.
Step 2: Provide server & PMS credentials
We require credentials (username and password) to access your server and your PMS so we can do a data extraction. There are a few options to provide any server credentials required to log into your server and PMS.
-
-
Enter these credentials directly into Archy for secure transfer. When you log into Archy, you will go to Settings > Security > Server Access. You can enter both the server credentials and PMS credentials here. These credentials are encrypted and stored securely.
- If you are an IT company and don't have access to Archy, you are welcome to send these to us via a secure password sharing link. Please email us at onboarding@archy.com
