Customize Consent Forms & Send Automatically
Create customized consent forms and automatically send to each patient before their appointment. For example, if you have a consent form for sealants, a patient can automatically receive a text with the form link to fill out before the appointment. See at a glance which forms are still outstanding before the appointment starts.
Archy now integrates with Mango Voice, a leading VOIP phone system for dental practices. You can get alerts about incoming calls, view patient information while on the call, and place outbound calls directly in Archy.
Use the Huddle to view all of the patients on your schedule at a glance with important information for front & back staff. The Huddle uses icons like medical condition, premedication required, new patient, patient birthday, and you can also create your own custom icons.
