Archy Training 1 | Introduction To Archy

Welcome to Archy!

Before accessing Archy and its features, completing your onboarding is essential. Keep an eye on your inbox for an email from Archy containing your username and a temporary password. Log in promptly and set up a permanent password before proceeding with the training.

In this article, you will learn how to navigate Archy and what each icon represents.

Note: Not all icons will be available to all users. This will be based on the specific permissions in Archy: Archy Permissions

Employee Icon

First, we will learn about the employee icon and the features within it. This icon is located in the lower left-hand corner.
Click on DA

 

Within the employee icon, you will find the following:

  • Time Clock: This is where employees will clock in and out. 
  • My Profile: The employee can access this to update their information. 
  • Security Settings: Employees can change their password, or reset the MFA (multi-factor authentication) if activated.
  • Refer Archy: Employees can refer someone to Archy.
  • Sign Out: Sign out of Archy.

Next, we will learn about the Archy Icon located in the upper left-hand corner.Click on highlight
 

Within the Archy logo, you have the following icons:

Left Side Navigation Icons

Next, on the left-hand side, you will see the Archy Navigation Icons:

On the lower left navigation, you will see these icons
  • eRx - DoseSpot
  • Chat - Intra-Office Chat

Schedule Icons

Next, we will go over the schedule icons. These icons are located at the top of the schedule.

  • Schedule View / Huddle View
  • Month View - Shows you calendars for up to 6 months at a time. 
  • Room/Provider View - You can switch to see either the provider view or the room view.
  • Hide/Show Cancelled/No-Show - This will allow you to hide the canceled and no-show appointments on your schedule.
  • HIPAA View - This will change the schedule view to a HIPAA-compliant view.
  • Appointment Requests/ASAP List - View appointments requested online and view patients on the ASAP list. 
  • Appointment Holds - This is where appointments are located that are placed on hold.

Creating & Scheduling A Patient:

Next, we are going to create a new patient. Use the link below to create a new patient. When you create your new patient, you can use yourself as the patient. 

Once you have created your new patient, we are going to schedule them for an appointment. 

Congratulations! You have scheduled your first new patient in Archy.
