Send email campaigns to your patients
Create, send, and track email marketing campaigns directly within Archy, using prebuilt templates or by designing your own email. And, Archy's email AI assistant can also help create images and suggest text to include in the email.
Text to pay now available
Bulk message groups of patients who have outstanding balances and include a link for the patient to pay the balance online. And, the patient can log into their patient portal to see a billing statement explaining their outstanding balance.
Accept one payment for the whole family
When collecting payment you can now accept one payment for the entire family. The relevant payment will be automatically posted to each family members ledger. And, save specific credit cards or wallets to use for payment across all family members.
Merge insurance plans
Keep your list of insurance plans streamlined by merging two insurance plans from the same carrier and group number into one. Removing duplicate insurance plans ensures more accuracy when plan information is entered or updated.

Reach out to multiple patients with just one text message. Simply select a group of patients from the patient list or specific reports, and send a personalized text message to each person on the list.
Send treatment plans via text or tablet
Go paperless with treatment plans by sending them to patients by text or to an iPad or tablet in your practice. Patients can sign the treatment plan digitally and a copy will save to the Patient's documents.
Lab Case Tracking
Add a lab case to any procedure from a patient's treatment plan or from an appointment. Automatically manage the anticipated return date of the lab case to aid in appointment scheduling, and track the status of the lab case as it progresses from sent to received to ready for the patient.
